Welcome to Ridge Pointe!

Memory Verse
“…a woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Him, and she came and fell at His feet. The woman was a Greek, a Syro-Phoenician by birth, and she kept asking Him to cast the demon out of her daughter” (Mark 7:25-26).
Commentary
If there was ever a woman who could have given up in the midst of her trouble, it was the Gentile woman who kept asking Jesus to free her demon-possessed daughter. But she didn’t. She refused to give up. In Luke 18:7, Jesus said God comes to the rescue of His own who have this same persistence in prayer and promises that He will not leave them waiting forever!

Annual Christmas Offering
Throughout the month of December, we are asking all of you to give a special offering (above your regular giving) to help us end the year in good shape financially. This is very important to the continuation of God’s work. And as we give, we will remember the words of Scripture: “God loves a cheerful giver.” When we all take part joyfully, God will use us to share the Word faithfully both here and around the world.
