Memory Verse
Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the LORD our God
(Psalm 20:7).

Before an army goes into battle, lots of plans and preparations must be made. Weapons, equipment,
food, armor, medical supplies—the list is probably a mile long. In Psalm 20, even though King
David made sure that everything on that list was taken care of, there was one more item on his list
that was not on the list of his enemies—and that was seeking the help of the One True God! When
we face the future with prayers to Him and with faith in His great name, He will see us through to
victory!

There will not be a Ladies’ Bible study class this Wednesday to the holidays.

Throughout the month of December, we are asking all of you to give a special offering (above your
regular giving) to help us end the year in good shape financially. This is very important to the
continuation of God’s work. And as we give, we will remember the words of Scripture: “God loves a
cheerful giver.” When we all take part joyfully, God will use us to share the Word faithfully both
here and around the world.

Men’s prayer breakfast will be this Saturday, January 3, 2026. It starts at 9 am in the Fellowship
Hall, cost is $5.00.
